Grant Clayton
Founder & CEO
Grant Clayton has been a Realtor since 2011 and is a 2nd generation real estate professional. The Clayton family business is commercial real estate development which has been in operation since the mid-1970s and has completed many monumental projects in and around the city of New Orleans. He has an extensive background in the designing and selling of new construction homes and is very familiar with the complex steps of home construction, from contract to close.
Grant received his Bachelor's degree from Nicholls State University In Political Science and Criminal Justice in 2004 and was a substitute teacher and basketball coach before pursuing a career in real estate.
Kelly Clayton
Co-Founder
Kelly has been a Realtor since 2011 and is the real estate broker of record for 1 Percent Lists. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans after serving in the US Navy.
She is a retired veteran utilizing the discipline and organizational skills the military taught her to properly manage and scale the home office of 1 Percent Lists since inception.
Kelly's job is to teach others how to manage and scale the growth. By teaching others the systems used at the home office Kelly enables our franchisees to manage their newfound level of growth and success.
Charles Renwick
CFO
Charles Renwick is a CPA, entrepreneur, and founder of CMR Associates, where he leads a technology-forward accounting practice specializing in outsourced CFO services, tax strategy, and process automation. He is also a member of 1 Percent Lists Franchises LLC, bringing financial expertise and operational discipline to one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage networks.
Charles is the author of All the Presidents’ Taxes and the founder of Trackee.ai, which develops business automation software designed to streamline operations for entrepreneurs and growing companies. With deep expertise in accounting transformation, AI-driven workflows, and financial systems for restaurants, real estate, and professional services, Charles helps organizations modernize their back offices and make data-driven decisions.
Known for combining practical financial insight with cutting-edge technology, he is committed to making complex financial and operational systems simple, efficient, and accessible.
Darrin Heltz

Darrin Heltz is a seasoned learning and technology leader with over 20 years of experience building scalable digital systems, educational platforms, and streamlined operational tools.
As a longtime partner of 1 Percent Lists, he combines expertise in instructional design, real estate education, and product development to create intuitive solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Darrin has built multiple full-stack applications, led major innovation initiatives, and continues to drive efficiency and growth across the organization through thoughtful design, automation, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Todd Dean
COO
Todd B. Dean, MS, MBA, CDEI is a highly accomplished real estate professional, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of industry experience. With 27 years as a licensed real estate broker and nearly three decades in real estate education, Todd has earned a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity. A multi-million-dollar producer and respected industry leader, he is widely recognized for his deep contractual expertise and forward-thinking approach to brokerage, education, and technology integration in real estate.
As a certified real estate instructor and course developer, Todd has educated thousands of real estate licensees from across the country. He has authored more than two dozen courses in real estate and mortgage lending, co-authored the Louisiana Real Estate Commission’s (LREC) 45-hour Post-Licensing Course, and served as a subject-matter expert for the Commission’s rewrite of the Louisiana Real Estate Licensing Examination. In addition, Todd serves as a national subject-matter expert for Pearson VUE, the nation’s leading provider of real estate testing. He holds the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) and is a sought-after speaker for professional and industry organizations, including the Home Builders Association.
A pioneer in online real estate education, Todd directed the development of one of the industry’s first web-based pre-licensing courses and is currently co-owner of WebTaught, an innovative, technology-driven real estate school designed to modernize how agents learn and grow. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and dual master’s degrees, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and the advancement of the real estate profession.
